Journal Eprint Policies

Almost every journal publisher in philosophy of science allows authors to post a `pre-referee' version of the preprint on PhilSci-Archive, that is, a version that was written before incorporating any responses to the journal referees. In some cases, a `post-referee' version is allowed as well.
The copyright policies of common publishing venues for philosophers of science are summarized below. Copyright information for journals not found on this list may be available through Sherpa/Romeo.
