Abstract

The Kuhnian view of theory choice (post Structure) leaves a lot of space for a diversity of theory choice preferences. It remains mysterious, however, how scientists could ever converge on a theory, given this diversity. This paper argues that there is a solution to the problem of convergence which can be had even on Kuhn’s own terms.
